    Consultation

    Once you’ve inquired with Three Roots you will find time to meet with Shannon to discuss your wedding day floral vision. Once we have gathered the details, you will receive a custom proposal, including a color palette, design board, and details on the designs discussed.

    Style Meetings

    Full-service Three Roots clients will have a minimum of three style meetings! In these meetings, we will review and select the design details of your wedding floral suite. Design meetings occur six months, three months, and six weeks out from your wedding, date.

    Wedding Day

    On your wedding day, the magic comes to life! After delivering your personal flowers, the Three Roots team will transform your venue space through your selected floral designs. We work with your venue and other vendors to create a seamless installation service. At the end of the evening, our team will return to strike our designs.

Working With Three Roots

1.What Makes Three Roots Unique?

We partner with our couples to create bespoke design experiences informed by your ideas and our creative practices. Couples can look forward to tailored experiences capturing details ranging from color palettes to sentimental touches. We are your floral design partner and walk through the process with you from consultation to installation. 

2. How Many Events Does Three Roots Take Per Season?

Between April and October, Three Roots produces 20 - 30 weddings and events. We only take one event/wedding per weekend, with a maximum of 4 monthly events.

3 When Should We Book Three Roots?

We recommend inquiring after you have secured your venue and date. The average booking timeline for full-service wedding clients is 6 - 12 months ahead of your event. * We are able to accommodate intimate events 1 - 3 months in advance.

4. What is the Average Investment for a Three Roots Wedding?

Three Roots begins full-service wedding day design at $5,500. Below is a breakdown of the average investment per guest count

75 - 100 Guests: $5,500+

100 - 150 Guests: $7.500+

150 - 200 Guests: $10,000+

Three Roots at The Ice House

Nestled on the United Marine Harbor in Norwalk, Connecticut, Three Roots at the Ice House is our floral design oasis. We invite you to meet with us at our river-front studio to discuss your wedding flower dreams. Our naturally lit studio is the ideal spot to dream and design intentional moments of wedding flower joy.
